Cincinnati Area Board of Realtor’s 2005 Realtor of the Year – Sales
Kopf Real Estate is proud to announce that Pete Kopf was named the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors 2005 Realtor of the Year – Sales and was honored at the CABR’s award luncheon at Music Hall. This honor, which can only be awarded once in a lifetime, is given annually to a Realtor who is involved exclusively in sales production and best exemplifies Realtor professionalism. Criteria for the award include: personal achievement, involvement in CABR activities & committees, professional designations, and civic, cultural and political activities.
The Cincinnati Area Board of Realtor’s Circle of Excellence comprises the top 13% of Realtors in the area and Pete has qualified for this designation every year since 2000. He has served on numerous committees for the CABR, including a two year commitment as a City of Cincinnati Real Estate Ambassador and has served on the CABR Board of Directors since 2006.
Pete is the latest in a long line of Kopf family members to excel in Real Estate. In addition to his Ohio Real Estate License Pete is working to attain a Kentucky Real Estate License and an Ohio Broker’s License. Much of his early business focused on investors and first time homebuyers and now those same clients are purchasing their second and third homes. Although Pete still has an excellent connection with first time homebuyers, most of his business is generated by repeat clients and personal referrals. Pete’s vast sphere of influence and his enthusiasm for selling older properties, as well as new construction, keeps him serving clients across the Queen City. His primary focus is residential property, but he will gladly assist clients with small and medium sized commercial property.

Jason comes to the Kopf Real Estate team with 15 years experience in business focusing on bank servicing, Human Resources and consultative sales & marketing. Jason is Pete’s brother-in-law and decided to join Kopf Real Estate to help grow and develop the family business. His primary focus is on residential sales and small to medium sized commercial properties in downtown, eastern and northeastern Cincinnati but will be happy to assist clients throughout the Queen City.

Heather, Pete’s wife, joined Kopf Real Estate in 2003 bringing 11 years of sales and marketing experience to the organization. She decided to make the switch to real estate to be a part of the family tradition and help grow the company. Heather has experience with both older and new construction homes and condominiums, rehabbed homes and investment properties. She has worked extensively on developing new marketing pieces for the Kopf agents.
